Hours of Operation:

0700-1300 hrs, Monday - Friday  

Located at building 2 on Evans Rd.  This facility provides basic care for soldiers.  Emergency situations will need to be sent to a civilian facility which is coordinated here (or thru MP Station at #1109).

SICK CALL  HOURS

 0700 - 0900

Soldier must provide a DD 689 (Sick Call Slip) signed by supervisor.
